Petit Paradis Bellevue is a fully equipped holiday home. Its Mediterranean decor immerses you in a southern atmosphere. The house can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.

Petit Paradis Bellevue features a private, enclosed garden with a brand-new swimming pool equipped with an alarm. Around the pool, there are six sun loungers (with parasols), a terrace with a dining table, a barbecue, and garden furniture. From the entire house, the terrace, and the pool, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Cévennes mountains and the Pic Saint-Loup, as well as magnificent sunsets, different every day. Hence the name of the house, "Bellevue" (Beautiful View). There is private, enclosed parking with an electric gate in front of the house.

Petit Paradis Bellevue is located in a very quiet area of Mauressargues. Mauressargues is a small typical village in the south of France located between vineyards, olive groves and the Massif des Lens in the Garrigue (typical vegetation of the Gard) with its many official hiking trails (even GR) starting very close to the house.

The bakery is less than 2 km from the house. A bar/tobacconist and a very good restaurant (Bistrot de Pays) are a 6-minute drive away, and a supermarket is just 9 minutes away.

Petit Paradis Bellevue is composed as follows:

Ground floor equipped with air conditioning and view on the Cévennes:

• Hall, toilet and living room with dining table, sofa, smart TV and with a view on the swimming pool

• Fully equipped kitchen with convection oven, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, microwave oven, induction hob, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, toaster, mixer etc.

• Garage with tumble dryer and washing machine, iron and ironing board. This garage can also be used to store bicycles or a roof box, but is not accessible by car.

First floor:

All bedrooms have a view on the Cévennes:

• Bedroom 1 has a double bed of 160x200 with built-in wardrobe and separate air conditioning

• Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds of 80x200, which can also be converted into a double bed of 160x200, with built-in wardrobe and separate air conditioning

• Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds of 80x200, which can also be converted into a double bed of 160x200, with built-in wardrobe and separate air conditioning

• Bathroom with separate shower, bath and double sink (soap, shower gel and hairdryer are available) 

• Separate toilet

The decoration has been carefully and tastefully chosen.

The house is equipped with good Wi-Fi (fiber). Bedding, towels (2 towels per person and kitchen towels), final cleaning, Wi-Fi, water and electricity are always included in the price. Pool/beach towels are not included. Baby bed and high chair are available.
